- Together, we will discuss all different types of sleep training and determine what is best for your family.
- I will educate you on sleep evaluations, sleep schedules and biological sleep times, as well as developmental stages and family dynamics.
- At this time we will determine what personalized sleep plan will work best for your baby, based on your individual needs.
- This will also include sleep space observations and discussions of current sleep schedules and what needs to be changed in order for the plan to be successful.

Let's face it. Sometimes we hit a bump in the road and our plans are changed. If you hit a roadblock on your baby's sleep schedule or change their sleep space, you might need some additional help. At this time I will provide a one hour video or phone consultation as well as one week of follow up calls.
